List of proposals to establish Factual Forum In quarantine

1. The factual forum shall be established exclusively from the proposal. In contrast to the idea, a discussion is opened to the proposal. Before the submission of the proposal, the following items must be elaborated:

1. Proponent´s pseudonym,
2. Title of the proposed factual forum,
3. Facts related to the forum’s topic,
4. Initial analyses of facts,
5. The specification of the discussion topics,
6. Proposal on the placement of the factual forum with regard to the self-government,
7. Proposal on the placement of the factual forum with regard to the state administration,
8. Proposal on the placement of the factual forum with regard to the areas of interest.

2. The Chancellor’s forum – On factual forums shall ensure a procedure leading to the establishment of the factual forums as follows:

1. The Chancellor shall communicate via website with the author of the proposal on the establishment of the factual forum in order to ensure:

• That the topic of the factual forum is civil,
• That the topics of the factual forums do not overlap, and
• That the factual forum is correctly placed with respect to the self-government, state administration and areas of interest,

2. The proposal shall be adopted by the Party forum – Internal processes and party actions after it had reached sufficient quality to establish the respective factual forum,
3. The Chancellor shall establish the factual forum on the website after the approval of the proposal on the establishment of the factual forum by Party forum – Internal processes and party actions.

3. The proposal to establish the factual form shall not be changed after its establishment.
