The Relationship Between Sk.e-demokratia and Community Networks, Ltd.

1. Community Networks, Ltd. seated in Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as ‘company CN’) shall be the exclusive owner of the:

1. Implementation solution of the website as well as graphic logo sk.e-demokratia,
2. Initial processes and documents of the party and initial state of the website database; under the initial state should be understood the state until party registration,
3. Right to place advertisement on the website.

2. The company CN shall be in charge of the operation, maintenance and development of the website in accordance with the requirements of the party that, including the graphic sk.e-demokratia, shall be provided by the CN company for the party as a software service. The provision of that software service shall be until the appointment of the first Chancellor free of charge and after his appointment the commercial relation between the party and company CN shall be contractually regulated.
3. Contract under the previous paragraph shall be published on the website and its subject will be mainly to recognize and consent to the usege of rights under paragraph 1, and details of renting software as a service where recipient shall be the party and the provider the company CN.
4. The company CN shall establish a Preparatory committee that shall organize the establishment of the party. After its establishment, the Preparatory committee appoints Temporary supreme body of the party, which elects and appoints the first Chancellor and plenipotentiary in one person. The company CN seeks by this that the project sk.e-democratia is in the initial phase of the existence of party implemented as planned.
