Uvedená stručná verzia programu kultúrnosti vychádza z nasledujúcich dokumentov a je nimi konkretizovaná:

A concise version of the civility program is based on following documents and is further specified them:

  • The Universal Declaration of Human Rights adopted and proclaimed by the resolution of the United Nations General Assembly on 10 December 1948,
  • Bill of human rights and freedoms adopted by the Federal assembly of CSFR as the Constitutional Act No. 23/1991 Col. on 9 January 1991,
  • The Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union proclaimed on 7 December 2000 as amended on 12. December 2007.

Civility program is used to define the framework of the intra-party discusssion and to guide party positions. sk.e-demokratia elaborates specific programs for specific elections.

Political parties usually define themselves as leftist (social democratic, worker, communist), right-wing (conservative, national, christian, agrarian), liberal and the like. One would expect that this also defines framework of the intra-party discussion and its attitudes, but reality does not confirm this. This serves mainly the marketing purposes, as a voter who characterizes himself by any of these concepts usually inclines to the corresponding political party. Thus the parties also distinguish themselves from each other and divide their constituency under the principle divide and rule.

The aim sk.e-demokratia is not divide and rule. Its aim is to wipe the boundary between citizens and politics. To this purpose it use a unifying civility program and basic concepts, such as discussion, direct democracy, openness, set-up from the bottom, equality of members, flat organizational structure and competitive intra-party environment.

Civility program specified by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms and the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union defines the framework for discussions in sk.e-demokratia and its attitudes much more accurate than the said political science concepts.

This question is indicative of our propensity to be guided and to doubt our abilities. So we free up space to individuals whose ambitions outstrip their professionalism and morality. The result is a widespread conviction that decent man does not enter into politics.

sk.e-demokratia represents an opportunity to enter politics for citizens who would otherwise in an environment of mainstream political parties not even think about it. If they harness it, it will benefit the society.

sk.e-democratia offers in particular:

  1. Civility program.
  2. A political party that blurs the boundaries between citizens and politics.
  3. Political party without officials and applying direct democracy. Members decide without intermediaries and so they pursue their vision of society, and their political career by themselves.

sk.e-demokratia thus appeals to voters and members by its innovative concept pursuing noble goals. With this concept has sk.e-demokratia potential to offer socially beneficial solutions.

For the success of sk.e-demokratia is critical traffic on its website, and especially the willingness of users to initiate factual forums and contribute to them. It is not easy to create meaningful public portal content and influence the course of sk.e-demokratia. Who can do it, is best placed for public office. Good policy is about meaningful and consensual goals.

sk.e-demokratia allows a dual membership for the following reasons:

  • This is consistent with its concept of openness.
  • This is consistent with its unifying civility program.
  • Everyone has to succeed in the challenging competitive environment of its website. We appreciate and welcome all who can stand it.
  • We do not object if dual member implements socially beneficial objectives of sk.e-demokratia with different political party.
  • Through the portal it will be always possible to indicate when and on territory of which party has given idea originated,
  • If the double member would in the second political party actualize objectives that are contrary to his attitude in sk.e-demokratia, his duplicity would serve him badly.

We are witnessing the rise of political parties downplaying human rights, including minority rights, and environmental issues. They advocate closeness and revive dangerous ideologies. Geopolitics, conspiracy theories, xenophobia and paramilitaries are on the march, while humanism, openness and liberal democracy are undermined. They are ignoring the lessons of history and gain political points fanning passions. These parties do not mind to teach people incivility just to vote for them. They offer seemingly quick and easy solutions. They declare themselves non-standard parties and ride on the disappointment of citizens with standard parties. At the head they have a leader.

sk.e-demokratia is the opposite of the above. Human rights are its program, openness is one of its basic concepts, it has no party officials and the hub of its activities is the discussion that avoids adoption of pseudo-solutions.

sk.e-demokratia is also opposed to the standard parties that fail to engage citizens in politics and, ultimately, the they lack interest to do so. The prosperity of the society is second to their interests and those of its party officials.

Political parties use the Internet to their presentation and some even to communicate with citizens. There have been initiatives to use the Internet to establish direct democracy, though in some cases it was not a sincere effort, but a marketing gimmick.

sk.e-demokratia transfers to the Internet all of its activity and creatively exploits the possibilities of the Internet to improve communication and decision-making processes. Also applies direct democracy with the following improvements:

  • Voter must show himself an interest in the issue.
  • Voters must have equal access to all available information,
  • Voters must be able to properly evaluate this information and discuss it,
  • Voters must have tool for formulating conclusions and to incorporate these conclusions in the broader context.

To this end, we have created tools for:

  • Information gathering,
  • Organizing and carrying out of discussions,
  • Regulation of discussions (leaders),
  • Creation of resolutions as the building blocks of programs,
  • Creation of programs for particular elections,
  • Solving party affairs (Arbitration Committee, Audit Committee, Party forum - Internal processes and party actions),
  • Solving organizational issues (Chancellor's forums)
  • Selection of cadres,
  • Comunication of members with representatives in public offices.

so that the activities of parties proceeded spontaneously, without party officials.
