On the proposal to set up a factual forum there is no discussion of the topic of the forum itself, as it will be in the factual forum, but in particular:
- Match of the topic of the proposed factual forum to the Civility Program.
- Possible collision of the topic of the proposed factual forum with an existing factual forum or proposal.
- Correctness of inclusion of the proposed factual forum in terms of self-government and state administration.
Chybí kontext a cíl zestátnění hazardu
Chybí mně v tématech na diskuzi:
- Proč je třeba hazard vůbec řešit, tj. "Problémy hazardu"
- Definice, co je potřeba považovat za hazard
- Kontext jiných cest řešení, z něhož by vyplývalo, proč je myšlenka na zestátnění tou správnou myšlenkou. Tj. diskuze na téma alternativních řešení zestátnění a důvody jejich případné nevhodnosti.
