Programs In quarantine

Civility is a fully developed framework political program (of sk.e-demokratia), and then some. It is more specific than the conventional political science definitions (left, right etc.).

Current status

Political parties are by their labels and specific programs aimed at their electorate. From political parties in parliament it is then expected to find the intersection of their programs and implement the best of them into the laws. Unfortunately, this is a unique phenomenon. Generally we are witnessing a "tyranny" of the majority when coalition ignores the opposition legislation initiatives, and also its amendments. Often it is for a common political party more important to truckle to its voters than to take solution beneficial for the whole society.

Programs of sk.e-demokratia

sk.e-demokratia solves the above problem fundamentally differently. Whereas the framework civility program does not compartmentalize the voters, but addresses a unites the society, discussion and finding broad consent has been going on during creation of programs to particular elections. Therefore consent is not reached in the end, but in the beginning of the legislative process, not only in Parliament, but especially among citizens. Nothing shall prevent us also accept sensible proposals from the other parties, because our electorate are all citizens.
