Statutes of sk.e-demokratia In quarantine

Statutes of (yet unregistered) political party sk.e-demokratia are divided into 7 titles and 59 articles:

• Title I. contains name, seat, establishment, legal status, territorial scope, concept, implementing environment and sk.e-demokratia political agenda,
• Title II. contains rights and duties of party members and of other persons using the website,

• Title III. contains party bodies, forums,

• Title IV. contains party election (election rules),

• Title V. contains discussion, adoption of resolution (discussion rules),

• Title VI. contains evaluation of posts, registered users and factual forums,
• Title VII. contains common, transitional and final provisions.

Statutes of sk.e-demokratia are relatively extensive document that contains abstract ideas and strictly technical provisions. It is due to the fact that this is an Internet political party whose activity unfolds in the website environment in the given conceptual, programmatic and procedural framework with minimal intervention of chancellor. This framework and portal properties must be determined by Statutes as accurately as possible and must enable to check the correct functioning of the portal.
